Our Story
RSTMORS Foundation was established by a group of successful entrepreneurs and investors who recognized a fundamental gap in the startup ecosystem. While brilliant ideas and talented founders exist everywhere, access to the resources, mentorship, and networks needed to build successful companies remain concentrated in a few major tech hubs.
Our founding team has collectively built and scaled multiple companies, raised significant venture capital, and experienced firsthand both the challenges of entrepreneurship and the transformative power of having the right support at critical moments. They are committed to creating an organization that will provide this support to the next generation of global entrepreneurs.
Starting with an initial vision to support startups from multiple countries, we are developing and refining our support programs based on rigorous feedback and outcome measurement. We are targeting to operate across 50+ countries, supporting startups at every stage from pre-seed to Series B, with a comprehensive suite of programs tailored to the unique challenges of each growth phase.
